If you are returning merchandise for an exchange or refund, send your package back to us via insured U.S. Mail or U.P.S along with your original receipt, name, address, phone number or e-mail within 30 days. Shipping fees are not refundable, but there is no shipping fee for exchanges. Refunds are issued promptly upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two weeks for a refund if you have paid by check. We’ll create a new order for you for your exchanged item and wave the standard shipping charges.
