If you are returning merchandise for an exchange or refund, please complete the
back of your invoice included with your order and send your package back to us via
insured U.S. Mail or U.P.S. within 60 days. Shipping fees are not refundable, but
there is no shipping fee for exchanges. Refunds are issued promptly upon receipt of
the returned item. Please allow two weeks for a refund if you have paid by check.

with our order department. We’ll create a new order for you for your item but wave
the standard shipping charges. The amount of the original item will be credited to
your account once we receive your return.
